In conclusion as the RPF I believe that everyone had a part in the starting of the Genocide, but some people had a bigger part in it then others. For example, the French I think had the biggest part in it than anyone else, they were the one thats supplied the Interhamwe with weapons such as machetes and they were the ones that trained the Nrmd. The French stated that they did not murder innocent people, but what I didnt understand is why they would train the Nrmd to kill innocent people instead of them just killing the innocent people themselves, overall, the turth about the French is that they didnt care about other people at all the only reason they were in Rwanda was to get land.

I also believe the Belgians had a big part in the genocide, they stated in their introdutory paragraph that they were dividing and conquering but all they did was divide and take over, they did nothing to conquer, they just let things get out of control and left they didnt do anything to help fix what they started they just stood aside and did nothing. we were accused for saying that we began to save our people but in the end of the genocide we did end up saving our people we were the reson the genocide ended.
