Reflection

Thanks to the Rwandan Debate, my class got to discuss a topic that was not only interesting, but real. Throughout the past week my class prepared to Debate against each other on the Rwandan Debate. We were all assigned groups to research on and learn about and were also assigned assignments to help us learn more to prepare for the debate. When Thursday came we came to school dressed up and ready to show off what we had learned. At first everyone was nervous, or at least I was, but as we began we all realized how much fun we would be having throughout the two hours. When the debate came to an end no one seemed to want to leave.

Overall the Rwandan Debate was a great learning experience and I would jump at any offer to do it again!
